TRAINER

505 lb. @ AGE 55
Hello, I'm Mark Bryant.
I'm training for the Washington State Powerlifting Championship Meet in Feb. 2013. In this video you see me doing rackpulls with 505 lb. I'm very happy I can still do this weight again after my left hip replacement surgery back in 2008. This is truly a blessing to be able to train and still compete.
